Todd Hogan is a Senior Development Scientist and Global Application Technology Leader for Dow’s Plastic Pipe Business.  Todd is responsible for new product development strategy and ensuring a robust product development and intellectual property pipeline.  He provides technical support to Dow’s pipe resin customers and actively participates in industry organizations including the Plastic Pipe Institute, ASTM International, NSF International, American Gas Association and Society of Plastics Engineers. 

Prior to joining Dow, Todd received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1990 and Masters of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995, both from GMI Engineering and Management Institute in Flint, Michigan.   

Todd and his wife grew up in Michigan and have 2 children.  He’s active in Boy Scouts of America and FIRST robotics and enjoys downhill skiing, backpacking, travelling and physical fitness.
