Camille George Rubeiz is the Vice President of the Plastics Pipe Institute.  Camille co-chairs the HDPE Municipal Advisory Board and is the Chair of AWWA C901, C906 and M55 Subcommittees. 

Camille earned his MS in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee.  Camille is a registered professional engineer in New York and is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
